At Chong Wah, customers are advised by our packaging designers of foam requirements required of each product.Thickness and density offoam is then calculated to ensure maximum protection of product, and this total protection ultimately results in cost savings. |

| When packaging design is completed, a prototype is manufactured for First Article Test to ensure that a good fit with the product exists. Prototype is then sent to PSB for a Drop Test -to ensure it adhere to the ASTM standards. It is only after this test has been passed, that we go into production. |
