Chong Wah invests largely in research and development, to constantly improve quality. Our foaming processes are done
in-house. This allows us to pass the savings on to our client, rather than sub-contract out these jobs to contractors. Time
between jobs is significantly reduced, resulting in on time delivery, always.

Specialized foaming Requirements

Foam Block

With our state of the art machinery, we are able to manufacture foam of different density
and ILD ranges.

Density : 16kg/m³ to 50kg/m³

ILD : 30 ILD to 140 ILD

Chong Wah also specializes in manufacture of antistatic and inflammable foam.

		Quality Control Final foaming product is sent to PSB for Density Test and ILD (Identation Load Deflection) testing. Tests detect any imperfection which might exist and check for foam hardness.
